Transformation Journal #4 – The Next Phase

In October I competed in my final Men’s Physique show by placing 2nd in the tall class. This was my best placing yet, but I didn’t walk away from the contest motivated to continue, instead I felt discouraged and a little lost. I had reached my initial goal of qualifying for Nationals, which were taking place the following weekend in Miami, but even though I got all the way down to 211 lbs., I was still being told I was too big. Aaron Singerman’s Transformation Diary #3: New Beginning

Last April I set the goal to get back onstage at the Branch Warren Classic as a Men’s Physique competitor. So now having accomplished this challenge, I feel like I represented myself, IronMagLabs, and RxMuscle rather well. The entire process of dieting, cardio sessions, and actual contest was fun. Even though I failed to qualify for Nationals by making the top 5, I had no regrets. I did, however, ask the judges about what had held me back. They responded that I was still 5 to 10 pounds too heavy. Weighing around 220lbs on the day of the show, it would seem that I would need to be closer to 210 to improve on my placing. This has left me in the interesting position of having to decide whether to continue on the Men’s Physique path…a path requiring me to lose muscle. Read this Article »

Metha-Drol Extreme Review

Let me start this by saying that like a lot of people, I was very skeptical of Pro-hormones and Designers. So often the products you can buy online or in a store are, for lack of a better word, junk. A lot of them are just placebos, placed in nice packaging. This is not the case with IronMagLabs.
