Going to be running two caps morning and two caps at night. Will be doing T 25 in morning pre breakfast and some light weight high rep lifting in afternoon. Rehabbing from fractured scapula, so not a lot of heavy lifting. Looking to get a little more defined and get some strength back in my shoulder. Started yesterday but had funeral to go to so didn't do weights in afternoon. Did Core Cardio in morning.
Supps are coq10, niacin, liv 52, vit c, calcium, fish oil and 400 mg test cream daily. 44 years old 6'1 208 lbs
Diet is whatever I want to eat. Yesterday had 4 eggs and 6 ounces turkey post workout for breakfast with 1.5 cups oj for pre workout. Snack was tuna salad pack with an apple, lunch was a buffet with a huge salad with tuna, hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, lots of shrimp and loaded with veggies and lite Italian, then had a slider, some pulled pork, eggs smothered in gravy, and dinner was chez pizza with a breadstick, 4 sixteen ounce bud lights, 2 shots of kahlua and cream and two margaritas.
Then snack before bed was wife, mixed with lots of kinky sexors. Bought a new thing called a rabbit, warmed her up with some tongue action, wore her out with the bunny, then put her in constant orgasm land with old faithful penor and then she blew me for a second nut. Then I crashed.
