Going to be running two caps morning and two caps at night. Will be doing T 25 in morning pre breakfast and some light weight high rep lifting in afternoon. Rehabbing from fractured scapula, so not a lot of heavy lifting. Looking to get a little more defined and get some strength back in my shoulder. Started yesterday but had funeral to go to so didn't do weights in afternoon. Did Core Cardio in morning.

Supps are coq10, niacin, liv 52, vit c, calcium, fish oil and 400 mg test cream daily. 44 years old 6'1 208 lbs

Diet is whatever I want to eat. Yesterday had 4 eggs and 6 ounces turkey post workout for breakfast with 1.5 cups oj for pre workout. Snack was tuna salad pack with an apple, lunch was a buffet with a huge salad with tuna, hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, lots of shrimp and loaded with veggies and lite Italian, then had a slider, some pulled pork, eggs smothered in gravy, and dinner was chez pizza with a breadstick, 4 sixteen ounce bud lights, 2 shots of kahlua and cream and two margaritas.

Then snack before bed was wife, mixed with lots of kinky sexors. Bought a new thing called a rabbit, warmed her up with some tongue action, wore her out with the bunny, then put her in constant orgasm land with old faithful penor and then she blew me for a second nut. Then I crashed.

Tuesday was rest day, and stayed pretty clean with food

breakfast was sausage mcmuffin and a sausage burrito
tuna snack pack with an apple for snack
turkey sandwich for lunch
2 beer brats, 25 shrimp cocktail, 20 shrimp scampi, half cup veg beans
late snack 2 cups rainbow sherbert

Nothing to note as of now, had a great lunchtime sexor session with wife, licky, licky with the vibrator, 10 minutes of from behind action, biting her neck and squeezing the breasts, rubbing clit, then legs in the air finish her off and me finally bust a nut, total time about 40 minutes.

Wednesday was a.m T 25 Dynamic Core and lunch time was body beast Chest
Food was not so good again a.m 1.5 cups raisin bran crunch, lunch was philly cheese steak and chili cheese fries and dinner was 8 ounces of crispy chicken in garlic sauce with 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 veg roll

Late night snack was lick the clit action ( got her off to the point she was pushing my head off of her ) then starting laying the lumber to her while she was rubbing her clit and she came so hard she passed out for 5-10 seconds and that was all it took for me to empty the pistol. Total late night workout was 45 minutes
 
Thursday a.m supps were 2 caps 4-andro, 1 cap liv 52 ds, 2400 mg flaxseed oil, 1000 mg vit c, 500 mg niacin and 375 mg guggal, 10,000 iu vit d3 with k2 and one cap ultra flora balance
Did t 25 ab intervals and had 22 grams syntha protein with 1 banana and 1 cup cabmaster banana creme yogurt post workout
Lunch workout was back from body beast video
Had two cups rice preworkout and 22 g syntha 6 protein mixed with cup of vanilla carbmaster yogurt.
Two hours post workout had a 4 ounce turkey on white bread with mustard
Supps pre workout were 1000 mg calcium, 375 hawthorne, 1 cap coq10
I also do 200 mg test cream at 6 am and 1 pm. Updates later and hopefully a starting pic if I can figure out how to post it
Dinner was 2 cheddar brats, 1 beer brat, 1 hamburger, half a filet mignon, ten French fries and 1 cup veg beans. Peace till tomorrow.
Still too early to tell after four days on 4-andro, but I am planning at least 6-8 weeks at a moderate dose

Friday two a days, upon awaking took my usual supps before doing t 25 gamma ript circuit ( full body )
Had 1.5 cups raisin bran crunch, and 1 scoop protein powder
Snack was a chocolate donut
Noon time did body beast arms workout. Usual midday supps
Lunch was 2 cheddar brats and 1 jtm burger no bread
Dinner was 6 ounces chic strips and 5 anytizer chicken chunks
Night time snack = watermelon 24 ounce four loko. Good night
Feel really good, lots of energy and really motivated right now. Shoulder is really starting to loosen up but I refuse to push too fast.
Update, throw in 48 oz bud lite and a grape bomb lol, but did hit 2,700 quarters on a slot machine at the casino
 
Woke up Sunday with a stiff, painful back, but still muddled through body beast total body workout and it was tough and i was covered in sweat. Kids and wife took me to Coney Island for the day, so i swam a few laps to try and loosen up. Baconfest was next door, so why not. They had a couple bands there and i had a great time.

Food was breakfast 3 eggs smothered in sausage gravy
Lunch was a hummus wrap with lett, tom, pickle and a few chili, bacon, chez fries
Snacks were 3 frozen margaritas
Dinner was a Cantina power protein burrito
 
Monday woke up with stiff and sore back so I did a t 25 stretch video first thing out of bed before work.
Breakfast was scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of oj
Lunch was turkey sandwich, Hormel beef tips with taters and gravy
Dinner was half a 12" pizza (deluxe no onion, thin crust )
Snacks were 4 - 12 oz bud lights. Hopefully back at it Tuesday

Today was a slow day, back is still killing me. Got up first thing and did t 25 upper focus
Breakfast was 1 cup raisin bran crunch with 1.5 cups 1% milk
Snack was tuna pouch and a banana
Lunch was beef tips and mashed taters and gravy ( hormel dinner )
lunch workout was body beast Shoulders
snack was about 50 peanuts
Dinner was 2 beer brats, 7 jumbo shrimp, 2 tilapia filets
Late snack 1.5 cups Krave with 2 cups 1 % milk

Full speed ahead and appetite has been up and down. Feel pretty good if my back would ease up a bit. Been real tired at bedtime which is very unusual because i am an insomniac from hell. Still doing 2 morning and 2 evening 4-andro along with 200 mg test cream a.m and 200 mg after workout at lunch as part of my trt protocol. Will do weigh in after 2 weeks, and try to figure out the pic thing so i can post my post cardio pic i took first day of this log

Looks like i am i the clear for post now, will update now and get current

25 grams of protein post workout with 1 cup of OJ
snack was tuna salad packet and a banana
Lunch was 2 sausage biscuits and 15 buffalo snackers pizza rolls then did body beast chest and triceps
snack in afternoon was approx 50 peanuts
dinner was a fruit punch loco4 and 3 bud lites
late snack was 6 bud lites and 6 grape bombs

Thursday is an official hungover rest day, but will be back in action Friday. Peace
 
Did Core Speed t 25 Friday morning and then spent the day in the rain working my ass off restoring a road after a water main break destroyed a 50x70 section of roadway on a state route that goes through my town. Friday was subgrade and base restoration and Saturday was asphalt removal for preparation for asphalt pavement restoration on Monday. Only did 1 workout in 2 days, but worked my ass off in the rain for 2 days shoveling, digging raking and just doing general hard labor ( all voluntarily, i am officially just an inspector ). Whole body is sore, not sure if i will work out tomorrow ( sunday ) but i certainly put some hard work in friday and saturday ( 8 hrs friday, 11 hrs Saturday ), in a serious caloric deficit. lunch was bean with bacon soup and a turkey and cheese grilled with 2 cups of krave
dinner was pizza buffet, had 14 slices of pizza, 2 slices apple pie pizza, 2 fudge brownies and 3 cinn rolls and a large salad with chick peas, green peppers, black olives and mushrooms drownded in lite italian
late night workout was small chest workout ( still trying to loosen back up ) it is getting a little better
i just used 40's and 20's on incline 15 and 15 with no rest then 1 minute rest, then 12 and 12, then 8 and 8
then 40 x 5 flat 5 then 5 with 5 sec rest in between, then 20 x 5 , 3 times no rest
then push press supersets with butterfly with 20's 15, 12, 8
incline supersets with pushes, then butterflies 10,10,15
then i did decline pushups 15, 12, 8 supersets with roman twists
 
Tuesday was extreme circuit t 25 gamma
breakfast was banana and tuna salad packet
lunch was smash burger with guac, jalapenos, lett, tom on wheat bun with skinny fries dipped in olive oil and seasoning
dinner was 2 brats, 2 tilapia filets and a few fries
supps were same as every day

Appetite is increasing, oily skin and a little itchy on my head. Good strength, endurance, libido and recovery. Today is the end of the first bottle, will be running 2 a day for next week and when my other 2 bottles ever get here, i will be increasing to 2 caps x 3 times a day. Later all
 
11 hour grueling, high stress work day, but i did start the day off right with a strong shoulder workout. Body beast bulk shoulders is a 40 minute video all about shoulders
Breakfast was a banana and usual supps
Lunch was a max roast beef from arbys with only arbys sauce, 2 potato cakes and a large mt dew
Dinner was 2 pulled pork sandwiches on buns, 2 bud light in the bottle and a cup of cott chez with salad ( premade ) with fat free dressing and a small snickers ice cream bar
Am really starting to feel very energized and strong. Shoulder is coming along nicely with my rehab mostly because i am not pushing hard, but i am staying consistent with my workouts. Using low to medium weights, high reps seems to be loosening the shoulder and back up slowly but surely. Until tomorrow, peace
 
Only had a 10 hour work day Thursday, finished putting in water line and 3 fire hydrants on my road project. Had to work with Fire Dept to secure the area for the city fireworks display. Morning workout was t 25 upper focus ( full upper body workout )
Supps preworkout
Breakfast was 1 cup raisin bran crunch with 1 cup 2% milk
Lunch was Body Beast back workout with a bean burrito for preworkout
Dinner was a turkey sandwich with mustard
15 yr old had his first district baseball game ( he pitched himself into trouble with a couple early walks and pitched himself out of trouble with no runs scored )
Late snack was an original crispy chicken sandwich from burker king then went to the city fireworks. That is all
 
Had to work today ( Friday July 3rd ), late night at fireworks last night. About 6 hours of sleep.
Got up at 5 a.m, busted out t 25 beta ript up full body/cardio
Breakfast was 1 cup raisin bran crunch pre workout with milk and supps
Lunch was two saus biscuits, peanut butter and jelly pocket and a cup of milk pre workout
Body Beast Bulk Chest was second workout, went very well and upped the weights a bit and felt good
Tried sample packet of pre-glow, two servings is pretty intense, didn't realize it was two until after the fact
Mid afternoon snack was a half cup peanuts.
Going camping this evening and won't be back till Sunday, so peace out until then, I am taking a weekend off from everything except supps. Later all
 
Ok, i am back and at it. Took a little break to recover and recharge these old batteries of mine. Worked last Friday and then went out of town camping for the weekend. Did no weights at all since Friday, but played softball with the family and friends on Saturday and then when i got home Sunday, had lots of yard work ( takes an hour just to push mow my yard ). Monday was golf day so i walked with a carry bag ( 3 miles ) and my bag is probably 35 lbs. Tuesday was just a rest and relax day, but i am back at it today and have already done one exercise video this morning. Will update later this evening after my son's baseball game.

Now you guys might wonder why i do these exercise videos and not just free lance weight lifting.
#1, i like to do things scripted, i do not have the patience or time to think about it ( i work 10 hour days and have kids in sports in the evening ) so that is why i stick to 30 minute videos ( before work and at lunch break )
#2 If i did go to the gym after i got off work and took my kids to sports or pick them up, i wouldn't get home until 8 or 9 and i need some time to wind down in the evening, if i don't, then i do not sleep well. So far this routine has worked the best for me and i have been doing it religiously since March and have seen some decent results.
#3 i am not trying to get huge or even below 10% body fat, i just want to be decently defined, fairly agile, and able to keep up with my kids ( one plays football in winter and baseball in summer, the other plays soccer in spring and fall and video games in the summer ).

post workout was 1.5 cups choc mini wheats with 2 cups 1%
snack was steak and egg scrambler from taco bell
lunch was body beast bulk chest ( great pump )
snack was 1/2 cup peanuts
dinner was two chicken littles from KFC
late night snack was 5 bottles bud light

Have upped my 4-andro to 2 caps x 3 times a day and have added 12.5 mg exem eod and 2 erase everyday for some drying effects and to control my estrogen in case in goes up. Will update later after son's baseball game and will be switching up routines a bit starting next week

Mid morning snack was steak scrambler from taco bell
Lunch workout was body beast build back and biceps
Snack was carbmaster yogurt, pbj pouch, corn dog
Dinner was large slice pepperoni pizza and a turkey sub with a handful of honey roasted nuts

Nine hour work day and straight to the highway for an hour drive to son's district baseball game.

No rest for the wicked
 
Sunday was a sleep all day. Slept until 2 p.m, got up for a few and went back to bed for a few more hours and hit the hay for the rest of the night. Been burning the candle at both ends and really needed the rest. Monday i will be back at it

lunch workout was p90x chest, triceps and shoulders
walked nine holes of golf carrying my bag

Definitely putting on some size, endurance is up along with recovery is great
 
Tuesday was nothing special, took the usual supps and ran ab ripper x first thing in the morning. Had to take wife to hospital for re-check on her broken nose and went to a concert so did not workout. Will be back at the two a days on Thursday. Later all

I saw an old work friend for the first time in about 3 years Thursday and when he saw me he was like wow, you look totally different, looks like you been living in the gym. I have made noticeable progress this year since taking 4 months off from lifting because of my fractured shoulder. This cycle has me motivated and i feel i am giving it a pretty good go at it. First time I have been to gym in a year almost. RTd protein drink afterwards

Dinner was one chic breast and then a broken garage door with my car stuck inside lmao

midday workout was chest ( body beast ) super sets incline dumbbell fly 15x15, 12x20, 8x25 with incline dumbbell press 15x25, 12x30, 8x35 no rest between flies and press, then rotating flat bench dumbbells, 35 x 5 x 5 sets no rest
incline press 15x25, 12x30, 8 x 35 no rest between sets, drop set incline press with no rest 8 x 35, 12 x 30, 15 x 25
dynamic set close grip dumbbell press + dumbbell fly = 1 rep 15x25, 12x30, 8 x 35
decline pushups 15, 12, 8 with 25 seated twists ( abs ) between pushup sets
post workout was same as pre workout
dinner was 6 ounce turkey on white, 2 cups beef and noodles with 1 cup mashed potatoes and 8 mini eclairs
 
Wednesday was morning ab ripper x
breakfast was 1 cup raisin bran crunch with 2 cups milk
snack was saus, egg and chez maple syrup sandwich with a rockin refuel
lunch workout was a brutal arms workout by body beast
post workout was same as pre workout
dinner was 3 mini corn dogs, turkey bacon wrap and 2 pizza rolls
late snack was a couple brewskies and a night out with the wifey ( road trip )
 
No weights for Thursday, worked my ass off raking 3 slump concrete and spent one hour fifteen minutes push mowing my lawn in 85 degrees. Two RTD protein shakes, two spicy chickens, one chili dog and one and a half cup cottege cheese.
