UDCA Dosages

I've ran TUDCA at 500mg daily before, but wanted to confirm UDCA dosages. I've seen recommendations anywhere from 250mg twice a week, to 250mg daily in logs posted here, to studies that say optimal dosage is 900mg daily. Has anyone researched with UDCA? What dosages and any BW to confirm?

500-1000 mg daily
