I am 5'11, 168lbs and 18 years old. I was wondering if these supplements would help me reach my mass and strength goals without taking too much of a toll on my body. What supplement stacks are recommended for beginners? Thanks in advance
I always say wait until you're at least 21 years old, if for no other reason than the fact that using AAS as a teenager can close your growth plates, so IF you have any more growing (height) to do that could be hindered permanently.
