There is a dual train of thought. Msten and DMZ are not listed on the official PH ban list.
With that being said and done, there is the argument that they were never actually legal, but they were never actually illegal either.
So they are not scheduled either way at this time.
Some people argue that those compounds can be "inferred" to be considered part of the ban list.
But then again, if you read the ban list, anything considered "anabolic" can be "inferred". Well then one can reasonably assume "food" in general is banned and illegal since food is anabolic.
So you can see there are various ways to argue it.
The risk is really up to you. Sadly Law Enforcement actually spends time and money chasing down personal use from time to time.
It's beyond pathetic..but that is what is it. So you have to make an educated decision if you are willing to take that risk and the second risk, is that PH being sold even legitimate in the first place? Some items have been counterfeited and faked since the ban.
