After taking 2019 off to recover from some minor injuries, Big Ramy is looking to return and win some major titles.
In 2017, Big Ramy was just one step away from winning the Mr. Olympia. Phil Heath managed to edge past Ramy and win his seventh Mr. Olympia title.
Many believed 2018 would be the year Big Ramy would win the Mr. Olympia title, but it went all wrong for him and he ended up placing sixth and at the same time not earning his automatic qualification for the 2019 Mr. Olympia.
In 2019, Big Ramy did not compete. He took the year off to regroup and as well take care of some injuries.
Fast forward to 2020 and Big Ramy is again making the headlines.
In a recent video published on his sponsors official Youtube page, Big Ramy is already looking to be in great condition leading up to the 2020 Arnold Classic USA.
