Timing between cycles

Question: I just finished my Super DMZ (4 week cycle) and now am continuing with PCT. I saw so much gain in mass and strength that I cant wait for my next cycle to continue what I have started but I want to do it right to protect my body and to get the most out of the product.

When can I start my next cycle of DMZ....is it 8 weeks from my last DMZ pill or 8 weeks from my last PCT pill?

6-8 weeks off designer steroids. I never count PCT but I have a high threshold for risk.

I do 4wks PCT + 2-4wks off = 6-8wks overall.
