When I first saw the hashtag by Phil Heath of #breakingolympia on his Instagram I was intrigued. Then I let my mind wander and it took me places that had me a little worried about the Olympia. What exactly is Breaking Olympia? As we have found out from others in the industry, such as Nick’s Strength & Power, this is indeed a film or documentary on Phil Health.
