Hello I was just wondering how my diet should be to maximize gains? I eat a lot of calories and carbs is that good? I'm trying to add size and volume to my body
 
add protein and go ape shit! Seriously, thats what I did lol
 
1.5 , 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and 4500 to 5000 calories a day.. get shredded bro
