Noob questions on starting a Halo Ex cycle

I ordered a Halo Extreme Stack as well as Osta and I am about to kick it off. I've have been through other threads and have read several different opinions as to dosing. I see a lot about taking 3 caps of Halo vs. the suggested dosage of 2 caps. Should i just follow the general instructions on the bottle or should I get 1 more bottle for 3/day?

Also, when should I start the Osta? Right after I run out of Halo or should I wait a week or two and do I need to take Ultra Male while I start to run out of Osta?

Sorry for the general questions but I want to really make sure I start this off right.
