Hey everyone,

I'm new here...I want to start training for Tough Mudder and other stuff and needs some help/guidance.

I'm interested in building mass, but also cutting (a dude can wish, right?) What shows the most gains? What are other things I need to think about - hear a lot about ED, man boobs and stuff.
