Cutting now. Down 30lbs with another 20 to go. Have a meet coming up in a few weeks and want strength to be up.
currently cruising at 250/week and will likely bump to 500/week.
What should i take?
Was thinking of just adding halo extreme + cycle support. Should that be sufficient or should i add something else?
