Goals: Get gigantic for spring break trip to Panama City. iThe trip is in 6 ? weeks so I?m trying to condense a bit (don?t want to be drinking on pct) so I?m looking at 25 days on DMZ (2/day) and 21 Days on PCT Clomid. I want to maintain as much strength and size gains after the cycle as welll. Some background on me: I work as a personal trainer. I've been lifting consistently for the past 10 years. Mainly compound exercises and pretty heavy. This is my 4th cycle. Did 2 cycles of Hdrol and 1 GrowTabs.

Starting weight = 198lbs, 7%bf
Goal weight = 215
Diet will be 4,000cals + and adjusted as weight goes up. Bulking yet eating clean.

Pill 1 8am with food. Pill 2 7pm

Legs/Abs 10am
Squats 300 x 6, 275 x 10, 225 x 12
Leg Press: 3 sets 5 plates each side+ brutal drop set on the end 5 plates down to 2. Very nauseous from here on out.
Smith Calf Raises: 3 sets 105 each side x 15 + Drop set
Ab wheel rollouts: 2 sets x 15
Leg tucks: 2 x 15

I took 3 ? scoops Jack3d pre-workout. I?m done with this until PCT. I?m too ancy with this. Gonna lay off NO and creatine till PCT. Think it?s a smart move.
Day 2 will be Chest tomorrow

Day 2 Chest
Weight = 200

Bench 3 sets 315 x 4 + 275 x 7
Dips w/90 added x 9,8,8
Incline Dbell Press w/fat gripz ? 90 x 10, 9, 8
TRX elevated push-ups 2 sets x 12-15

Felt pretty weak going in. Got a pretty decent pump though and finished strong.
Water intake was good but calories weren?t high enough. Upping those tomorrow.
Nothing noticeable at this point.

Day 3 is an off day. Day 4 will be Back.

Wide Pullups with Leg Raises 4 sets x 8-10
Lat Pulldown 65 x 10 and then 72.5 x 10 + Drop 57.5 x 8 + 42.5 x 8
Rack Dead + Shrug 4 sets up to 275 x 8, 1 Drop 225 x 8
Weighted Front Plank w/25lb 2 sets x 1min
Side Plank w/side raise 10lb dbell 2 sets x 10

Decent workout. Lasted about an hour. Good pump otherwise not feeling the "kick" yet.
No side effects to note.

Tomorrow(Fri) will be shoulders/light legs

Day 5 Friday Shoulders

Seated Dbell Lateral Raise - 3 sets 30 x 10-12
Rear Cable Raises - 12.5 x 15

Felt good. Good pump in the shoulders. Tried to force a lot of food down today and felt like throwing up after each meal.

Day 6 Saturday Arms/Abs
Weight = 202 (up 4 lbs)

CG Bench - 3 sets 205 x 10, 215 x 10
Overhead Rope Ext - 3 sets 62.5 x 10
Dip Machine - 2 sets 210 x 15
Rope Crunch - 2 sets 62.5 x 12
Reverse BB Curls - 3 sets 75 x 10
Preacher Curls - 3 sets 75 x 10
TRX Curls - 1 set x 15
HLR - 2 sets x 15
Rope Oblique chops - 2 sets x 15
Low Back Hypers - 2 sets x 15

Decent pump. Will be eating a lot this weekend. Shooting for 4500-5k cals.

Days 8 +9 Update

Day 8 Legs/Abs
Did box squats for some reason. And strained my back when I sat down with 315. Continued with the workout did Leg Press, extensions, Ab Rollouts, and CAlf Raises. Back hurt like shit the rest of the day. However, I'm glad it happened. Got me refocused and ready to start really pounding hard. Came up with a new workout split with some conditioning, mobility, and flexibilty to help preserve these huge ass muscles that I'm about to acquire. New split looks like this:

Day 1 Legs/Abs
Day 2 Push (Chest/Shoulders/Tris)
Day 3 Conditioning + Mobility
Day 4 Pull (Back/Bis/Forearms
Day 5 Off
Day 6 Repeat

I like hitting each muscle once every 5 days. Recovery seems to be improving so I like it. Plus I hate having separate days for arms, makes no sense to me.

I'm also adding in power cleans on leg day as a starter. Kinda like this exercise for an explosive power movement so lets see.

Day 9 (Push)
Incline Bench Press (30 degree in power rack) - 4 sets 275 x 5, 295 x 3
Weighted Dips +90lbs - 4 sets x 10each
Military Press (Standing) - 3 sets 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 155 x 6
Dbell Lateral Raises - 2 sets 30 x 10, 35 x 10 + Pirate ship Raises 15 x 8 (youtube it : ))
Grip Work - 45lb Plate pickup 5 reps each side 3 sets
Rotator Work 3 sets w/5lbs
1 Pump Set Pushups x 50

Felt great this workout. Back is feeling better. Feel strong and got good pumps.
Weight 204 (+6lbs) I don't really look much bigger. Prob water weight. Gonna step up the quality calories and the gains will come!

Day 10 will be a Conditioning type workout, Day 11 Pull

Week 2 Update:

Here's a brief synopsis of workouts/lifts:

Thurs Day 11 Pull Workout - Rack deadlifted 400 for 4! First time ever pulling 400, almost pulled my arms out of my sockets haha.
Forearms were so tight at the end I couldn't even pick up the bar to do bicep curls. Not kidding.
Hunger pains started kicking in big time as well.
Weight 203.

Fri Off day
Got a 30min massage on neck,arms,wrists..felt great since i was tight as fuck after that back workout.

Sat Day 13 Leg/Abs
Leg Press worked up to 6 plates x 8 for 3 sets
Squats 235 x 8 for 2 plus a drop 185 x 12
Leg Ext/Curls supersetted for 2 sets
Calf Raises on Smith 4 sets
HLR and AB Wheel Rollouts for 2 sets each

Lower back was tight as fuck. Otherwise not a terrible workout.

Sun Push Workout
Flat Bench - worked up to 335 x 3. Back down to 275 x 8. Felt great. Biceps were still sore which impeded the bench a little.
Hammer Incline 135 each side x 8-10 plus 2 drop sets repped out.
Dips + 80 x 8-10 for 3 sets
Dbell laterals - 30 x 12, 35 x 12, 35 x 12. Killed it
Kbell one-arm Shoulder Presses - 45 x 12 for 2 sets. Shoulders were rocked by this point.
Rear Cable Pull-aparts - 3sets 15reps
Close grip Pushups x 20 or so

Awesome workout. Huge pump and had tons of energy.

Getting ready for the superbowl tonight and eating massive amounts of wings. Here we gooooo!!!

Day 15 Conditioning Workout

Day 16 Pull

Bent over Barbell Rows - 225 x 6 for 4 sets plus a couple drops
Wide Pullups x 8-10 for 3 sets
Rack Deads - worked up to 365 x 5
Rack Chins + 25lb - 3 sets of 10
Dbell Hammer Curls - 40 x 10 for 3 sets
Barbell Wrist Front and Reverse Curls
Rope Crunches and twists

Solid workout. Started megadosing Taurine which has significantly helped with the back pumps.
Looking bigger and all around feeling good. Not too many side effects other than the back pains as mentioned.
I will be ramping up to 3dmz/day and starting Anabolic Matrix in 2 days. Hope to get a great last week out of this stuff!!

Weight = 206 (+8)
 
Day 18 Legs/Abs

Lethargy kicked my ass today. I worked out at 2pm and just hit a wall. I've never been so tired during a workout. I could barely catch my breath for squats and the back pumps were too much to handle.

So anyway I just did a little routine of squats, leg press, leg ext/curls, split squats and ab rollouts, couple sets of each.
Shittiest workout ever.

Any suggestions for the back pumps? Taking 4-5g Taurine in between meals with a lot of water. Seems to help, but on leg day its just been really bad my lower back just tightens up hardcore. I can't afford to be missing heavy leg days while on this shit!

Tomorrow Day 19 will be Push (Chest + Tris)
 
Back pumps are kicking my arse on leg day too. I've just been pulling the belt a notch tighter and reminding myself that its only a 4 week cycle.
 
Day 19 Push (Chest + Tris)
2nd Day of Anabolic Matrix

Rack Incline Bench - 275 x 5 for 3 sets, 295 x 5, 225 x 10 drop + 1 slow negative
Dips + 80lbs x 10 for 3 sets
Close grip Smith Press - 105 each side for 10-12 + partials 3 sets
One arm cable flyes (for inner chest) 2 sets plus pushups repped out
Cable Pushdowns - 3 sets

Pretty good workout. Chest/shoulders were pretty pumped. I'm looking pretty big. Weight is 208 (+10lbs). Not bad. I can def eat a lot more food. Sides include a little lethargy and moderate back pumps. Little bit of acne.

Sat will be an off day.
Sun will be Back + Bis

Update - Wed Day 24. Been taking 3dmz/day since Sunday. Finishing up this Friday
Sun Pull
Rack Pulls - worked up to 365 x 5, then 405 x 2 - oops! strained my back/hips in the process, not good
Finished the workout with 40 pullups, Some cable rows and lat pulldowns
Forearms were so tight that I couldn't do arms
Back was in a lot of pain the rest of the day. Def should not have went that high in weight but I felt great and 365 felt good. O well live and learn.
I'm at the point now where my body is telling me to take a break. I've been lifting very heavy this whole year (about 7 weeks total so far) and hitting each muscle now every 5 days. Joints/tendons feel tight. Been doing a lot of stretching and water. Just gonna suck it up for 3 more weeks until I go on vacation.

Tues Chest
Wasn't even going to lift today, but I got Crazed preworkout in the mail so I was like fuck it I'm going h.a.m.
Bench - worked up to 350 x 4! all time high. Back off sets 315 x 6 and 225 x 15 or so
Inc Dbell Press - 90 x 10 for 3
Dips (Bodyweight) - 3 sets for 15 or so
Shoulders were so tight after Benching that I could barely do much else.
Still felt great though to get 350. Bench Press and pullups are the two exercises I've noticed the most strength increases on DMZ.

O yea. Crazed Preworkout - took 1 1/2 scoops and barely felt any jitters like Jack3d, just felt really good and focused. Didn't sleep till like 3am though lol
Gonna try 2 scoops for Back workout on Thurs.

Weight steady at 208. Still lean. single digit bodyfat with visible abs.
