Hello, I started taking Super DMZ 2.0 2 weeks ago and I decided to log it for anyone who is interested.

4 Weeks Super DMZ Cycle
Start: June 14, 2013

Starting Weight: 175
BF: 10%

Supplements:
Super DMZ 2.0 2/2/2/2
Whey Blend (2-3 shakes/day)
Whey Isolate (After Gym Only) (1/day)
Animal Rage/NO Shotgun
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Advanced Cycle Support
Extra Milk Thistle
Green Tea/Acai Extract

Also on Adderall for ADD

I bought a Digital BP Gage to keep an eye on my BP

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/25/25 (or is Nolva Better?)
Activate Xtreme: 4/4/3/2
Lean Xtreme: 0/3/3/3/3 (maybe another bottle after to keep the shredding going) I finished 5 weeks of lean xtreme before I started DMZ and cut down from about 15% to 10%

Workout: Mon - Fri
Mon: Chest. Abbs
Tues: Back
Wed: Shoulders Abs
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Bis. Tris. Abs.
Sat: Abbs

I also do cardio 5-7 days a week. I either Run (2-3 Miles) or Ride My Road Bike.

My diet is very clean, but I don't count cals. I drink a TON of water. 1-2 Cheat meals per week.

Typical 2 Days of Diet:

Day 1
8AM 3 Egg White, 1 Yolk, 100% Wheat or Grain Bread
10AM Protein Shake
12PM Chicken Brown Rice, Vegitables
3PM Shake
5PM Work Out
630PM Shake
830PM Steak/Salad with Light Dressing
(try to have No carbs After 3ish)

Day 2
8AM 3 Egg White, 1 Yolk, 100% Wheat or Grain Bread
10AM Protein Shake
12PM Tuna Salad on Multigrain
3PM Shake
5PM Work Out
630PM Shake
830PM Chicken and vegitables
(try to have No carbs After 3ish)
