I started this cycle on 07.01.13
I am 27 and 6'0"
I weighed 222.8 lbs and BMI was 23.1 % on 07.01.13
In 10 days: 231 lbs and BMI is at 19.4 % on 07.10.13

If "A" laid it out it's solid. The only thing I would add is to preload your ACS maybe 2wks before starting a cycle like this and run it post PCT for 2wks. Have fun getting huge & keep us posted on your progress.
 
The SDMZ at 2 caps a day will last 30 days (4 weeks), not 3 weeks.
 
I did actually preload the ACS for about 2-3 weeks. But that is a great idea to extend past the PCT. And I will post my progress. And I forgot to add my preworkout into this. I do take one cap of both Super-DMZ and Trenabol about 30-45 minutes prior to my workout. That is why it only last three weeks. Sorry for not putting that in there.
