I have been lifting for 3 years, and I feel that i have done the most I can.
I am 18, and want to get bigger. I eat like a beast. I already take supps, and down bcaa's like one would with beer.
Stats: 170lbs 5 ' 8
Bench 205 lbs X 5 (should be more, but i tore my shoulder a while back)
Squat 350 lbs X 10
Deadlift 300 lbs 10 times
I went from 125lbs to 170 lbs in 6 months.
What would you recommend I take? If i was to take an ironmag product, I would only like to take 1 thing.
I eat around 4500 cals a day. I want to get up to 200lbs and cut down to 185lbs.
