I've always had sleep issues regardless of season. For me, besides ambien, tylenol PM and Nyquil..what works for me is to use Contrast Showers or turn my AC up to lik 65 degrees so it's super cold in my house..then and only then will I sleep for more then 2-3 hours at a shot.
