I just started the Super dmz stack last week. I took my measurements and weight. Today, after a week of taking everything on point I have tracked all my calorie intake as well, I wound up gaining 4 LBS some how. I am 5'9" 178 when I started. I wanted to take this stack and cut up a bit. I've been eating around 1800-2200 calories a day. My maintenance is around 2500. How did I gain 4 LBS? Is this stuff really that powerful to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? Is is water weight? Anybody have this issue?
