I've had my bottle of Super DMZ for about 5 months now just waiting to actually have time to use it and the time has finally come. Back ground 24 years old, 213 lbs, 6"4, been lifting for 9 years. This cycle I am looking to put on dry, clean lean mass. I know diet is everything when it comes to this, which is going to be a b*tch for me because in my job the food that we get sucks but I still manage to do pretty well with eating clean. I started my cycle on Saturday with an arm work out that I picked up from last months Muscle and Fitness "21 Gun Salute". It was pretty damn good and I got some serious pumps from it. Here is what my cycle looks like

Super DMZ= 1 cap am/ 1 cap pm (for 4 weeks)
Animal Pak= 1
Cycle Assist= 4 caps am
Milk Thistle Complex= 2 caps am
Fish Oil 3,6,9 (1,000 mg)= 2 caps am/ 2 caps pm


Pre Work Out=
Neurocore or SuperPump MAX
Kre-Alkalyn = 3g
Hemavol = 10 caps
Anabolic Matrix = 2 caps
Ultra Male = 1 cap
6 Bromo = 3 caps

In bold meaning I will take these with my pre work out meal of either some fruit and whey protein shake, or a bowl of oatmeal and some whey

PCT
Nova Liquid = Week 1 = 10 mg, Week 2 = 20 mg, Week 3 = 20mg, Week 4 = 20 mg
Power Labs Post Cycle = 6 caps
DAA = 3.12g
Milk Thistle Complex= 2 caps am

Monday = Day 2 Week 1 Weight = 214.6 (up 1.6 pounds from original start weight of 213)

Then I did 20 minutes of cardio, which for me is tread mill walking, 15 degree incline, 4.2 mph (I usually do cardio in the morning but the damn gym next to me decided not to open on time and I couldn't get in there before work)

I felt like a damn machine in the gym and it was great. The only thing that freaked me out was that I woke up twice last night in puddles of cold sweat. So, I'm thinking that I took way to much pre work out yesterday and am going to kick it back on it or not use that one anymore while on cycle. I used Neurocore yesterday which I think the DMAA in it might have sent me through the roof a little. Other than those to incidents I didn't have any trouble sleeping.

Oh ya the feel you get in the gym is insane. I felt like I could rip plates apart in there. Today I am weighing 215.1 with little to no water weight which is nice. Last PH I had I retained a ridiculous amount of water and it sucked. Haven't had any problems except maybe I sweat a little more when I'm doing cardio but sh*t that's nothing. Not finding it hard to drink all the water I need either so all in all everything is going pretty damn smooth so far. What is your cycle going to look like?
 
awesome, i ran deca drol and had bad water retention mainly b/c of my work schedule and not drinking enough water, but mines like this..

Ok, got a question, why 20/20/20/20 with Tamoxifen not saying its right or wrong just wondering. You don't need to start off with 10mg?
 
well from the info i got 15.2 tamoxifen = 10mg Nolvadex, so i figured doing 20mg tamox would be sufficient enough considering im going to take the erase along with the tamox, but in all actuality i got good feedback on here telling me that im fine with just ultra male, anabolic matrix, and erase, but honestly im not 100% what a good dose would be, any thoughts?
 
Gotcha. Every pct I seen ran with nolva either was 20/20/20/10 or 10/20/20/20. I think that what you say is a good option since actual nolva is hard to get a hold of. Plus the added Erase won't hurt you, it will only help you because gyno isn't anything you want to deal with. But hopefully some more people get on this thread and they have some incite on it.
 
yeah exactly, and thank god dmz isnt high in aromatization, but anyway im not sure why people run the nolva 10/20/20/20 etc, maybe its to start slow or end slow im not sure

Let me try to clarify what I was telling you Earlier. Superdrol does not aromatize, i.e it does not convert to estrogen. It can still cause gyno effects at high doses, but the dosing you're planning on is not high. unless you are extremely sensitive to estrogen you should not need it at all. That's why I suggested you save it. You have a decent e control and a good test booster already lined up for pct. Save the tamox for when you actually develop gyno symptoms.

Just my opinion of course. It certainly will not hurt to run it. Your dosing schedule looks good.
 
Could run e-control or DIM in place of nolva. Shouldn't have any issues with dmz by itself.

Today is my rest day. Started it off with just 30 minutes of cardio which was treadmill walk 4 mph at 15 incline. Kind of wondering how I manage to drop a pound. I have been doing the same cardio that I was doing before my cycle and while I was doing it I just maintained my weight and never really lost anything. I'm going to add more carbs to my diet (oat meal) and more fish (tuna and salmon).

Morning cardio was 21 minutes of HIIT (jog 60 sec (6 mph) sprint 30sec (12.5 up to 13.5 mph) then walked for 9 minutes. Seeing some serious water retention today and not sure why, any ideas? My work out when just fine, felt good but could tell I did to much cardio this morning energy was a little low.

I know the water weight is to be expected but damn I hate not being able to see my abs but it will pay off in the end I know it will. Legs felt good today, no issues or sourness after yesterdays HIIT so I was pretty happy about that and work out went well.

Great routine! Just curious -- how long do you normally take to complete your workouts? And how are you liking the Super-DMZ Rx?
 
They usually online take about 1 hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. I keep my rest intervals between a minute and two minutes max. I'm f*cking loving Super DMZ so far, I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to take it. I bought it in October of last year but with my job I had to wait till I had a month of nothing going on so I could give it a proper run and not miss a gym session because of something stupid that came up. I can definitely see in the mirror that my chest and shoulders are starting to get bigger and fuller. The only side affect I have right now is water retention. I can handle it, I'm just not used to not being able to see my abs but it will all pay off in the end. Thanks for the post, keep'em coming.

Heading to the gym right now for chest and arms. Kind of looking forward to seeing what the scale says. If its 223 then that's 10lbs in one week, which is insane (even if some of it is water weight)!
