I would start taking it a few days before she arrives. Once a day dosing is all you need. I had crazy raging boners with their tadalafil @ 10mg daily. So thats just under 0.5 ml daily. The day you know you are gonna crush some puss dose a full 25mg about an hour before your encounter. Enjoy, this stuff works well!
Did you order the sildenafil? I have never used that product but I believe the dosing is the same as the tadalafil.

Ok, I had to find out for myself on this one. I used my drug reference for professionals book that I got while studying pharmacology. It says Sildenafil for Adults. 50 mg (30 min-4 h before sexual activity). Range: 25-100 mg. Maximum dosing frequency is once daily.
There you have the professional medical dosing protocol.
