First PH, M-Sten Stack

Hey everyone, so far this forum has been very helpful!

I have the M-sten stack from this site and will be starting it soon. I want to make sure that everything is in order and make a final check before diving in.

My plan is a 4 week cycle

Weeks 1-4:
M-sten: 1 in AM and PM
4-Anro:1 in AM and PM
Ultra Male Rx: 1 in AM
Advanced Cycle Support: 1 in AM and PM

Weeks 4-8:
Ultra Male Rx: 1 in AM
Advanced Cycle Support: 1 in AM and PM
E-Control Rx: 3 in AM
Nolvadex: 20/20/20/20

Now I'm not sure if I should do the Nolvadex for 20/20/20/20 or 20/20/10/10. Also is it necessary to preload the cycle support? Any other advice is appreciated as well.

What are your stats? Age/Weight/etc?

No need to taper the nolva, 20/20/20/20 is fine.

Also, its a good idea to front load the cycle support, start it about 2 weeks out to be safe.
