advice on how modify workouts while on mtren

I just started using Mtren and wondering how best to modify my workouts.

I'm a powerlifter and was wondering if I should be trying lift more than usual. For example if I normally lift 80% of my max, should I be trying to do 90% instead?

Is it beneficial to lift twice a day? More times a week?

Does Mtren help me recover faster?

Thanks for any advice! Just trying to get the most out of the cycle.
 
Msten or mtren?
 
Msten will help you recover faster and after around 10 days of so, your strength will increase. 2 times a day on the same body part isn't beneficial to a power lifter. Just continue with your normal workouts but your strength will increase a lot once the Msten kicks in.
