First cycle ever

Hi,
I'm new to the cycles, never have be on a cycle before and was wanting some recommendations. I was thinking Halo Extreme? The only question I have about it is...being it doesn't convert to estrogen do I still need a serm? I understand that I need to start off light, but I don't want anything too lite to make me turn away. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Halo Extreme Stack would be great for a first cycle (if you're 21 or over). But I would add another bottle of Halo and run 3 caps daily for 6 weeks...just my opinion. A SERM is always a good idea post cycle to get your hormones back on track. I would run the E-Control that comes with the stack after the SERM to prevent estro rebound.

Thanks for the quick reply. Just to be clear, run halo stack for six weeks, then SERM for four weeks, then e control?

It's a mild AI similar in effect to E-Control.... on a stronger cycle you might incorporate both, but for this one, it simply isn't needed imho.

Awesome, that'd be great! So do you plan to do some kind of log to track your progress and results? If so, I'll follow along and give any pointers/tips if you need them.

I do plan on logging my run. May not be a everyday log, but will ill try to log everyday.
