cortizone kenalog 40mg

Ive been getting trigger point shots with cortizone kenalog 40-80mg into the bursa and into the joints. Well I just got 3 bottles to my self and I want to know what do you use to cut the cortizone with or do you have to. My 1 doc uses lidocaine. 1cc of cortizone to 3cc's of lidocaine

plus I blow up like a pig. My feet swell up the sides of my legs its very uncomfortable. The shots work but afterwards I had to take a water pill
