Lil Red Transforms with Osta Rx

Hi, my name is Amber, I'm Adrenolin's girlfriend, and would first like to thank IronMagLabs for giving this opportunity and selecting me to log this product.

Plan:
I will be following my boyfriend's advice as he helps me through this log. I'm also open and gladly welcome other people's advice and input; so please share if you have some. I will be using 3 caps of Osta Rx for 8wks alongside 1 - 2 caps of LeanFuel Extreme daily.

Stats:
I'm fun-sized at 5'1 120lbs. And whilst I do not compete, exercise and fitness has always been important to me and I'm a dedicated avid gym goer.

Diet:
I've never followed a strict diet before so this is pretty new to me, and already proving difficult, but I will stick to it. The Atkins bars are drizzled in low sugar chocolate so I guess that's one plus that I won't have to give up entirely, but it's definitely not the same as Doves or Godivas. :( It's ugly and plain, but I will make it work!


Breakfast - 400 calories (380)
1 scoop protein isolate w/ water - 130 calories, 23g protein
Atkins Advantage Bar - 250 calories, 17g protein

Lunch - 400 calories (420)
1 scoop complete protein w/ water - 130 calories, 26g protein
5oz tuna w/ 1tbsp light mayo - 200 calories, 38g protein
4oz celery - 20 calories, 1g protein
1 hard boiled eggs - 70 calories, 7g protein

Dinner - 500 calories
1 scoop complete protein w/ water - 130 calories, 23g protein
______ Fill remaining 370 calories with choice of lean protein and mixed veggies

*Post Workout (360)
1 scoop protein isolate w/ water - 110 calories, 26g protein
Atkins Advantage Bar - 250 calories, 17g protein

Macro Nutrient Breakdown:
1,330 calories (1,700 calories including your dinner choices)
42g Fats
62g Carbs
20g Fiber
10g Sugars
178g protein

*Calories will be more restricted on rest days as I will not be consuming the 360 calorie post workout meal.

Training:
I will be training every other day, Legs/Chest/Back/Arms in a circuit training style workout, and I will also try to get in yoga and cardio as time permits.

Goals:
My ultimate goal for this cycle is to lose fat, the exact amount does not really matter to me, so long as I impress myself when I look in the mirror. So I definitely wouldn't mind adding a little extra muscle mass as well. By the end of this log, I will have a beach ready, bikini model body. As a secondary goal I'd also like to improve my strength and endurance.

I'm dedicated, determined, motivated, and inspired to make this a great experience.

It's awesome you're giving this a go. If I am able to get a girlfriend again I'd love for her to share a similar passion in working out/dieting! I've had the best success at losing fat on what I call a "pseduo ketogenic" diet meaning I eat no to little carbs. I try to keep my carbs under 50 grams a day EXCEPT on leg I will eat about 100 grams. I also have a carb refeed whenever I feel I need it: usually every week or every other week. I replace all my fat and half my protein calories with carbs for that day. I keep it complex carbohydrates and don't go all out on the sugars because I can't get away with that. I'll blow up.

All that comes down to this: I'd try to take out those Atkins bars and replace them with a healthy fat source. Almonds or Walnuts is a good substitute, and both are pretty low in carbs. If you really want to eliminate carbs you could take out the atkins bars and add olive oil in your shakes instead. Since you've never dieted before this is something I suggest you do in stages for the best long term results. Best of luck!

I'm trying not to have any cheat days unless I absolutely need them, in which case I might opt for a higher fatty meal once a week. I do plan to do a refeed, but probably every 3wks or so. There's only a total of 32g Carbohydrates in my diet not including what veggies I eat every night for dinner.

I'll try switching it up every so often with the breakfast bar and an ounce of almonds. The other atkins bar post workout will only be consumed every other day because I'll be working out every other day. I guess the Atkins bars are only 200 calories. Here's the facts on the ones I have.

Great start to your log! Keto sucks at first but most gals adjust in a week or so.

So far been I've been sticking to my diet, although hating it.. hoping I can adjust soon! I've taken 3 caps Osta prior to bed the last 3 nights now... so far nothing to note. I'll step on the scale this weekend to see where I'm at! :D

Big changes in your diet can really be tough. Do you crave certain things or feel like you are consuming things you don't like? Learning how to tweak the diet for more enjoyment is part of the journey. Right off the bat I see your proteins are pretty high for a gal your size and the amount of shakes is also high for a keto cut. Maybe make a tweak there?

Egg and avocado or maybe grilled chicken breast and hummus could be some options. I use 2 oz guac and hummus servings myself. Very convenient packs are available.

Hey Guys it's been 7 days, 1/8th of the way there, so here is my Week 1 update.

Appearance
As of Saturday, Day 5, I have dropped 3lbs so far! Woohoo I didn't even notice it myself, but my boyfriend noticed and commented several times on how hard my muscles were and that he could see them becoming more pronounced in my upper arms and thighs! Now that he mentions it, my muscles do feel like rocks.

Strength
As far as strength, I haven't noticed any increase there, yet but this is just the beginning!

Notes
My appetite has actually decreased so long as I'm eating regularly, I don't ever feel incredibly starving. I may have been a little more on edge this past week, but I attribute this mainly to my work schedule and stresses of trying to get so many things done. I will note I have been having very vivid dreams the past week and have been notably more aroused than usual.

Im also running a OSTA Rx log and have noticed I have been on edge more lately as well. Everyone says OSTA makes you happy and feel good but I think this may be different for women and different people. I have a very short fuse with people lately.

Amber has been sick the past week with either the flu or some kind of stomach bug that she got during Easter. My brother and some other family members also contracted it, but they all seem to be recovering at about the same rate. I'll try to get her to post some updates asap.
 
Well hello All!


I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of updates , a lot has happened since recently. I unfortunately came down with the flu which threw me off my balance a few day's ,and on top of that I recently got promoted in my current job quite a bit of processing all together. However I still continue to take the osta and consume more water intake as well as exercise. However I continue to progress while taking the osta thanks to my boyfriend pushing me & keeping me on top of proper exercise and eating habits.

I plan on tomorrow posting some new picture updates to keep this blog accurate since Ive been slacking, and will give you details in regards to my routine. What is really noticeable with me is that since Ive taken the osta ,I have had an increase in energy which making my daily workouts more effective. Also noticed an increase in my muscle sizes especially first from my triceps,biceps and deltoids which in my opinion is quiet a successful step forward. Not to mention my legs have more definition in the quadriceps. Tomorrow I shall report more info and details along with my progress have a great night!
