I am going to be starting my second cycle once I get my products in from IML.

I will be running six weeks with M-Sten, 4-Andro & 1-Andro. I will run 2 pills daily for the first six days, then three pills daily for the final 36 days of M-Sten (similar to how I dosed SDMZ 2.0 approximately 20 months ago). 4-Andro 2 pills daily for 42 days and finally 1-Andro 2 pills daily for the first 28 days. I have E-Control & ACS on hand and Liquid Tamox (60 ml) coming in the mail. I am still waiting for Ultra Male to go back on sale so I can order that as well. This will last a duration of 10 weeks including PCT.
M-Sten Rx – 2 caps weeks 1 & 2, 3 caps daily weeks 3-6
4-Andro Rx – 2 caps daily weeks 1-6
1-Andro Rx – 2 caps daily weeks 1-4
Advanced Cycle Support – 2 caps daily weeks 1-10

Some background on me, I am military and coming off of a shoulder tear. It happened 4 weeks after PCT in the sandbox, no one would see me at my duty station as I was PCS’ing so it kept getting put off. I ended up having two rotator cuff partial tears (by that point, they said it could have been much worse but did not want to speculate too much). I am also working through an impingement. I was given the green light on working out hard again about 8 weeks ago, so I am getting my lifts back up. During SDMZ 2.0 I hit my PR bench @ 435, squat 405x5, and deadlift 585x3. Those numbers are from March 2013. I know we are only as good as what we currently are. I was much of the same body comp then (@ the start) as I am now and I will be getting an appointment in next week with the BodPod. I don’t expect to see anything near those numbers… yet. If I can drop about 5-6% bodyfat and get my lifts back up to three plates on bench and build explosion out of the hole on my squat that is what I am looking for. I am doing 5x5 training with chest, 10x3 with squats/deads. My conditioning will be parachute sprints and prowler pushes.
Current lifts:
Bench 5x5: 255 lbs
Squat 10x3: 275 lbs
Deadlift 10x3: 365 lbs
Bent-Over Row 4x10: 205 lbs
I will also be focusing on calf development as I would like to have calves that are somewhere beyond laughable. I will get my wife to assist me with measurements and pictures to put up prior to the start of this.
