Im looking to add some nice size n power...
I been thinking of running Halo at 3 aday to make this happen for 4weeks...
Also I was looking into doing Cyanostane for 4weeks n adding Halo for 2weeks after n run ultra male rx for my PCT ...
Im not sure E-control is needed but maybe adding it to the mix isn't so bad..
But i'll love to do a bad ass Halo run if anyone kno of any...

Protein will be at 100+aday
Carbohydrates will be to a max
Calories will be around 5,500 to 11,000 aday with the help of foods n supplements
BCAA around 64,000mg to 120,000 a day ..im not sure if thats safe but hell im adding one of my shakes times 4 to do this..
..........
But if anybody has something better to do this with let me kno n i'll keep a logg on it...but i'll make up a workout routine n a diet for it...
