Just a friendly post to the forum here, for anyone looking to gain a few pounds during their bulk..
This is a high quality weight gainer you can use "IN ADDITION" to your current meals
-24-36 oz WHOLE MILK
- 1 scoop of Protein
- 1 low fat yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup raw oats (dry oatmeal)
- 2 tablespoons of low fat peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 6 ice cubes
Puree on HIGH for 45 seconds. Add 2-3 of these per day to your normal meals and watch your gains come steadily on. This is a shake I designed personally based on the nutrients. Each shake is well over 1,000 calories. Shop economically and buy in bulk to get the best deals for this shake so you can afford to use daily.
There is some random thoughts going around that protein shakes are a waste of money. This is simply not true. Supplementing with protein shakes,especially when mixing in whole foods like this shake are a good way to get healthy additional calories and proteins into your body to replenish and rebuild muscle tissue

Also let sit for a minute or two after blending to get air bubbles out.
(alot of people blame their protein shake/blend for GAS issues, but sometimes it is often because of the amount of air you consume when drinking the shake. Drinking it too fast, or with air bubbles is a definitive way to risk having bad GAS when consuming shakes daily)
