so im in my first week of dmz and im wanting to do start doing two a days (same muscle group) i know alot of people are probably going to say its over training but i was looking to do it for about 1-2 weeks tops to throw my muscles into shock since im running a cycle to help promote growth. to be honest since ive been on it ive been going alot harder and my body is nowhere near as sore as normal and i recover ALOT quicker. im just looking for some imput.
