I am 28yo, 175#s, 5' 9". I want to loose some stomach fat, get harder muscles and put a few pounds of muscle on and increase vascularity. Here is what I have so far.
Week 1-6
Halo 2 caps/day for the first week or 2 then up to 3 caps/day
Matrix 2 caps/day
U. Male 1 cap/day (week 3 through 6)
Cycle Support 2 caps/day
Week 7-10
Matrix 2 caps/day
U.Male 1 cap/day
Cycle Support 2 caps/day
E Control 3 caps/day (last 3 weeks)

Anyone have any other thoughts?

Questions
- I want to be sure that I don't need to put Nolvadex at 10mg twice a day for the entire 10 weeks. I am just scared of the gyno, but I really don't think this will be a problem but you never know. Can it hurt anything if I do use it for the entire 10 weeks?
- Is 6 weeks of Halo much more beneficial than 4 weeks?
- Should I use Liver Support?
- If I use Nolva as part of my PCT, what should I take away?
- Ultra Male week 3-6 a good idea or not?
