Warning, I have never experienced anger when running PHs, but while on Halo/Osta cycle try not to get stuck in line at the Chik-Fila. Extreme rage may ensue. (Don't worry was just getting a side salad.)
On a serious note, this has been one of the better cycles I have run (probably due to knowledge gained from past mistakes and advice from people on here). Have seen gains in all areas as well as leaner more defined muscles (only a few weeks in). Have seen a improvement in vascularity and stamina as well. Keeping calorie intake low and staying with high protein foods/low carbs. Have implemented light cardio (1-2 mile light runs). So far so good. Review and not so detailed log to follow when finished.
