Return of Order 12288188

Hello,

I hate even doing this.

I placed an order back in December (invoice number 12288188) that has remained unopened.

Planning on starting in January my plans were interrupted by an injury (I posted on the forums back in January)

long story short I had to have open back surgery and I will not be able to go to the gym until sometime next year.

I was hoping that I could send back my order for a refund?

This maybe asking a lot but I was hoping for a courtesy given the situation.

Sorry to hear about this brother however after 14 days IML does not accept returns.

We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days from the order date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and our shipping costs. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s). We do not give refunds on opened products.
