Pre PH blood work, Questions/Concerns

So I got my bloodwork done before my first PH cycle. Im a little concerned over some of the results and i was wondering if i could see some of your opinions before I go to a Doctor if i need to see a Doctor.

My a/g ratio is high a 2.8 the prefered ratio is a 1.1-2.5

test is at 594 ng/dl

my LH is 3.2 prefered range 1.7-8.9
my FSH is 2.9 prefered range 1.5-12.4 both are on the low end of the spectrum.

my FSH and LH are the main concerns

I was fasted before the blood test as well

any advice is welcome

Let me first welcome you to the ironmaglabs forums. And give you good props for actually getting lab work, I'm glad some people care about their health when using these supplements. What's your age and weight? Also do you consume much fat?

as for fat i consume .4g bw so yes its on the low side do you believe i should up it? and if so to what value?

You need to consume healthy days for optimal hormonal levels. I'd recommend around 30% of your dietary intake come from healthy fats epa, dha, omega, etc
