Here's my starting pic. I haven't had the abs in over two yrs. Hopefully this is gping to be good.
 
Ok, here we go. Training basically starts today.
Training:
This will basically be POF style on Mon, Wed and Fri. I'll be doing cardio on Tues and Thurs.
Supplementation:
Besides three caps of Decadrol, I'll be using some 11-kt to help with fat burning. Also wil be using IMRCs t3. I will be taking one cap(just 50 mgs) of amp citrate a day.
Also taking hawthorn, fish oil, chromium, d3 and aspirin.
Diet:
This will be a CKD and I'm not logging food. Either one or two day carbup depending on how it's going.
 
My gym was closed yesterday so I trained today.

yea, I've already used it for a gainer so I know how good it is for that. The fast weightloss was where I'm on a CKD. Probably lost some more glycogen and water with it.
 
Did 4+ mile fasted cardio walk today. Ramped the t3 up pretty fast so I'm using 100 mcgs already. Going to get shredded!

Should be good Wesley. I'll get another bottle and go longer if I have to. Whatever it takes.
 
I also did concentration curls the last wo. Didn't wrote it down and forgot. It's a pure POF program for cutting. I don' t follow the exact rep range and I can' t see doing one set of anything. So I do 2 sets of the stretch movements. Will increase the contraction to 3 sets later.
I carbed up a bit yesterday and weighed in at 191.8

It's pretty wild. I carbed up Sat and ate a carb meal last night. When I weighed in this morning, I weighed 195.1. It's mostly water of course and I still look leaner. Have to wait til later in the week to see mwhat it really is. Would just like to get abs without going all the way down to 180.

I knew it was water and glycogen weight. Weighed in at the gym today at 191.4. Really going into 180s. Nice pumps today so it's kicked in good. Going to drop ohp and move inclines to delt day. Trying to keep volume down some while cutting.

Ok. I flipped my wos and did fasted cardio yesterday. I did this so I could carbup for this wks last wo. Weighed in at 193 at the gym. That's 2 lbs less than last wk at this point. Going to up 11-kt from 1.5 to 2 ml for the rest of the way.

If you read some of my other logs, you know about the broken hips and how I have problems sometimes. I switched things up again and did bench bis & tris today. Monday is national bench day anyway lol. Actually, that's why I usually squat on monday. Had some hip pain tho and switched things up. I can do squats with the pain but better without.
Weighed in at the gym at 193.5. Was stilled carbed up pretty good. My abs are trying to show but holding some water too. They'll show fine when fat # is a little lower and I drop the water.
Vascularity and pumps were off the hook! Someone asked if the guns were 22 inches. I sais no, they are 18 but they were probably pumped up to 20. They're 18 cold

Weighed in at the gym 190.9. I can tell I'm losing fat better by the mirror than the scale. It's comcentrated at the low abs and love handles. It looks worse before it gets better.
I did some volume on squats today. Pain was gone. It don't hurt more when I squat anyway. It was just easier getting myself to bench monday.

I don't do all those other leg exercises when I do volume squats.
 
Ok, gotta catch up. I took .5 mg of prami. The night before last. It wasn't for prolactin but for GH release. I didn't think it would be strong enough to need a ramp up. Wrong! I only slept about 5 hours and then was wide awake. Anyway, I used .25 mg last night and slept like a baby. I woke up a couple times and had to shake my hand to get the numbness out. This is a good sign that I was getting a high pulse of GH.
I worked out yesterday and pumps & vascularity was once again very good. Strength wasn't bad for a cutter.

Did fasted cardio today. I still woke up early in the am with only .25 mg of prami. I'm still not going to lower it anymore. Didn't feel to bad. Hopefully it'll get better as I get adjusted to it.
 
Didn't use the prami last night so I could get some sleep. My gym was closed yesterday so I did fasted cardio. Got some catching up to do on weight training.
Weighed in at the gym at 192.1. Seem to be holding a little water. It's not really bad but I'll let it clear before taking final pics.
Got 5 more days on and a few off to get ready.
My bening kinda sucked today. Esp considering all I was shooting for is 225 lb work sets. I don't know if it's from weight loss or glycogen depletion or what.
