I Dont have time to do a daily log so I'll be tuning in as much as possible for weight/strength results. I am adding SDMZ 3 in the last 4 weeks before my upcoming meet which is also the strength peaking phase of my meet prep.I'm currently running 1 gram test e /week and started my aas cycle of with 4 weeks dbol.I have past use with dbol and anadrol so I will be able to give a correct feedback with SDMZ 3. Highest weight I'll be working with the next 4 weeks is 700 squat 445 bench and 650 DL.I'll try to get on here as much as poss. Keep tuned!!
