Posting this for the satisfaction of you guys. Don't really care about the negative comments regarding how young I am taking this prohormone. I literally only used dumbbells, curl bar and cables (upper body). I didn't touch one machine or barbell (I don't have a spotter). Also half assed doing about 125 push-ups a night (skipped about 2-3 nights a week smh). I never skipped leg day but I don't have any before and after leg pictures.
