Is creatine a staple in bodybuilding? I've been running it for the past 6 months while cutting naturally to mantain strength and it hasn't really made me bloated except for my arms. The question I have is should i stay on it when I end up doing my epi/Halo cycle or will it not be necessary and better to use during my pct to mantain strength. I drink 1-2 gallons of a water a day no matter what would i need to up it anymore. Thanks
