Need a bit of advice, I'm looking to run andro product as a stand alone. This would be the first time I have ever used these products. I get confused because someone suggested around 700 mg of 1-andro a day and that seemed like a lot to me. So I would appreciate any advice of what I would need to get started,

I run all of the Andros at 4 caps daily, usually for 6 weeks.
