cutting on halo extreme help.

So my goal as I start my cycle of Halo extreme is to get cut and lose some fat. Basically my question is leaning more towards cardio. How much cardio/running I should be in for to fully get the use out of halo. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mike.
 
I usually start with 5-6 cardio sessions a week and slowly add more time or sessions as the weeks go by.
 
I'm a little different than heavy and have an aversion to cardio...
I usually start at 4 a week, 20 min each alternating steady state with hiit...
and add ten minutes to each session every week..if bf keeps dropping and thats my goal...then i don't add my ten minutes..when I hit 40 min I add a cardio session ...
