to confused...Melanotan II, step by step instructions??

I have researched this stuff on and off for a while, and with everyone options and forums, i am just confused on what to get, how to activate it, and especially how much to take.

anyone know of a solid articular on step by step to do this???? never take a peptide of any kind. don't even know what "injectors" to get or what.
