Do you guys think those guys use the real stuff or PH's if anything at all? Theirs is like the goal physique I'd like to get one day... I've never really gotten shredded so I'm not sure how far behind I am compared to them. I know Seid's 2 inches shorter than me and is contest ready at around 200 pounds.

Also if I want to get that big can PH's get you that size or is it better to go all in (real stuff)?
