Cycle is not overly strong but lengthy if this is your first cycle. If this is your first cycle then pick one compound and run it 4 to 6 weeks.

Personally would run halo 4 caps and andro 4 caps for six weeks. Solid. Save the osta for later.

Weeks 1-4
Deca 4 caps, ACS, Anabolic matrix. Take ACS 3 hours separate from Deca.

Weeks 5-8
Halo (minimum 3 caps) , ACS, anabolic matrix, ultra male

Weeks 9-12
SERM, ACS, anabolic matrix,...
