M-Sten sides

Started my M-Sten Cycle 3 days ago. So far so good, I think. I probably should of waited a few more pounds to start my first cycle, but, I got antsy, so I am really seeing some fast results in the gym. My pumps are ridiculous and they last all day. However, I did notice a few things, some concerning, some not. Focus. Is this stuff like adderall or some shit?! I am super focused and aware throughout the day I feel, and I feel like I can't sit still. I guess this is good? Hunger. I. Cant. Stop. Eating. My diet is really clean, and was before I started. But before I started my cycle I would finish my 6-7 meals a day, and I would just be forcing food down by the last one. Now I am eating 7 meals and still snacking. Mouth sores? This might be a coincidence of some sort. But I have one, maybe two sores inside my mouth. I guess I am a carrier of HPV, and the hormones caused an outbreak, anyone heard of this? Overall, my mood has increased drastically, even if its a placebo effect, I will take it. I am taking ACS and Ultra Male. Just curious what you guys think about all this.
 
Oh yeah, AND my heart rate is definitely elevated for about 3 hours after I take my pill
 
Most of what you are describing is pretty normal for msten, albeit normally it takes a bit longer than 3 days. Mouth sores are coincidental, as are many things on cycle, but hunger, pumps, and elevated mood are normal sides, and good ones. The adderall effect you describe is one i havent experienced on msten but it sounds fun! I suffer from sleep apnea so i may not receive that benefit. Anyhow, you are ok, just relax, have fun, eat alot, drink lots of water, and enjoy!
 
Just wanna say I am half way through Day 4 of my cycle, so I still have one more pill to take today. And holy shit is this stuff insane. I was a total monster in the gym today. Like I said, I was a little "too" thin when I started so I am seeing crazy results. I have already put on 4 pounds. My abs and chest look shredded and my bi's feel way bigger. My sleep is not so good, but, it is doable, I'll be fine. I also can't stop eating, I feel like every time I eat I just get hungrier. All in all, doing good. I usually rest on the weekends because I do a full body HIT work out M-W-F. I might go in tomorrow and just blast out bi/tri/shoulders or something though, considering the cycle seems to be helping with recovery time also.

Some feed back, I guess this is slowly turning into an M-Sten log. I am up almost 9 pounds, which obviously is insane. Kind of fun/scary considering people claim it wont really kick in until week 3 and I am not done with week 1, this should be interesting haha. My feeling of "extreme focus" I tried to describe has wore off a bit. Mood is still up, has also came back down to normal slightly. I think my libido is down,but it could also be stress. Havent been waking up with the usual solid dick, more of a half ass-post sex boner. Sleep has gotten kind of bad too, also could be stress, its a bad month for stress. Mouth sores are gone. Strength and weight, are through the roof right now. Cant stop eating either. I have been on a very high fat and high protein diet (keto) for a really long time. And I have never craved carbs like this since I first started my keto diet. I was reluctant to give in, but I did, its whatever, not going to kill me. Thats my update! hope this is helping out some new PH users.
 
Well, week one is done (i have one more cap to take this evening). So far my strength gains are enormous, and I never seem to get tired. Had to cut my work out off today because I just couldnt stop. week one done, and I hit 10 pounds this morning. Curious to see how much of that is water weight though. My sides- bacne, nothing too disgusting yet. My sleep is pretty shitty. I can fall asleep fine, but it is only for like 5 hours, kind of annoying but it is only a month so whatever. Libido? ehh... little worried that my dick is broke. No more morning erections what so ever. Usually I can get hard just from the spank bank alone. Clicked some porn on and he still works, but it wasnt like before... Has me a little worried, but trying to relax and enjoy the ride. If my dick gets back and running after my cycle, totally worth it. If not. well shit. And I do have head aches every day. not all day, but every day. And I am probably having more than the recommended water.
 
I'd add in 4 caps of 4-Andro daily for libido and to prevent lethargy.

this might be a stupid question. But when we talk about libido, do we only refer to our sex drive, or are we also referring to just over all "boner quality" and "natural frequency"?

Ok cool. So this question is a little from left field, sorry. But, for my next cycle, assuming this all goes well and I recover well, I wanted to either do DMZ 3.0 or do M-Sten w/ 4andro. Would stacking 4Andro now with my current M-Sten stack affect my future results? Is that a thing? Does your body "get use to" certain PH's and they lose their affect later on?
 
Sounds like my DMZ 2.0 cycle. The first 2-3 days my blood pressure went really high; enough that I could actually feel the increase (about 145/70 normally 120/60 give or take). It went down after those first few days to maybe 130/65 which is just fine.

I also noticed that I had some increased focus, however this was coupled with a slightly spaced out feeling towards the end of the cycle. Had all the other sides you stated as well, both the good and the bad.

I added 4 andro in for the second half of my cycle, but I'm not sure that it helped. In theory it should help, but I couldn't tell the difference. I think its on sale now, so maybe worth a try?

How many caps did you run? Personally, I feel all the Andros need to be run at at least 4 caps...but they definitely work.

I was at 4 a day, 2am + 2pm. I think ill try 6 next time as I have a bit tucked away. I'm guessing that at 4 it probably reduced the sides a bit, but to a lesser extent.

The SDMZ kicked ass though, despite me getting a nasty cold mid-cycle that slowed me down for a week :/
 
I am considering bumping up my 4th week of this M-sten to 30mg a day, and if I do that, I will most definately run the 4-ANDRO with it. I woke up this morning with a solid erection and I slept great. So either my body is adjusting to the hormones well, or stress and stuff dropping off is helping. Probably both. I have a nice little stash of M-Sten though so I am kind of wanting to bump it up the last week for max results, but I may just save it for another cycle entirely that involves all around higher doses
 
My gains have really plateaued and my sides are none. I feel the same as if I was doing this clean. Still wrestling with the idea of bumping it up to 3 caps... I threw on about 8 dry pounds right away, kept eating and eating, working crazy hard in the gym, and the gains just stopped. 8 pounds is amazing, just was expecting more by now, especially from the instant blow up I had.
 
Actually, I am only up about 5 pounds. But I have kept the gains in my bi's, just no progress. Strength seems to be progressing though.
 
You eating enough good carbs? How much do you weigh?

It could be my sleep, I was traveling the past 4 days or so, obviously slept shitty. It is not my diet, I promise that, my diet is super solid. I am progressing now as if I was doing this without PH. I think my body jut got use to it or something. I want to step up my dose but I dont want to dip into my stash!!
