    Card declined because mailing address didn't match debit card

    This is my first order from Ironmaglabs and like a few other people, the address for my debit card apparently doesn't match. I'm ordering the Super DMZ stack with the rush order and also like others having the same problem as myself, it is showing up on my bank statement for the price of the stack as well as the additional 5 dollars for the rush order. I sent an email from the "Contact Us" portion of the website but I'm not sure if my email was received or not. I would really like to have the stack ordered today or tomorrow if at all possible. If someone could tell me what I need to do to get it ordered or even a conformation on my order that would be great! Thanks for the help!

    I got in touch with Robert and I was able to order it yesterday! I believe the stack is suppose to arrive tomorrow and I couldn't be any more excited to see for myself how awesome the stack's gonna be! Thanks for the help! I was actually surprised at how quick I was able to get help and I will definitely be getting more products from IML after this cycle! I think I'm gonna run Halo after the DMZ to define the muscle gains I get off of it. I would run both at the same time but being 21 and this being my first PH, I'm gonna see how my body responds to it before I start doing that

    I placed an order last night and am having the exact same problem. The order is showing on my bank statement but I do not know if it was processed on this site. I also sent a message on the contact form but wanted to post here also. If I could speak with someone to get this figured out that would great. thanks for the help!

    The issue with my card was that I had pending transactions and I needed to wait for one of them to clear before it could process the transaction. I just waited for my other transaction to clear and then I reordered it. If you don't get an email confirming your order from IML then your account most likely won't be charged; at least mine wasn't. So if it hasn't gone through yet, I would just check your bank statement, make sure other transactions are cleared, and then reorder from the website. Hope I was able to help!
