Big thanks to Heavy and IML for giving me this opportunity to log this new product

My beginning pic will be my ending pic from my 4-andro log.
Supps are 1 cap, 2 times daily of SDMZ 4.0
Support will be 4,000 mg fish oil a day, 2000 mg vit c, niacin, calcium, coq10 all 1 cap a day and i also run 200 mg test cream twice daily for trt

I do workout videos like p90x, t25, body beast and occasionally hit the gym ( not very often )
44 years of age, 6 ft 1 at 205 lbs

Food is usually pretty much the same every day
Today was breakfast saus, egg, chez muffin from speedway and a rockin refuel chocolate
lunch was same as breakfast
dinner was kfc 3 chix strips with taters and gravy, cup of mac and chez and a biscuit with gravy

One yoplait yogurt 6 a.m with sdmz
Rockin refuel 7 a.m
Two saus burritos 9 a.m
Midday was arms body beast 11:30 a.m then a yoplait yogurt
12:30 another rockin refuel
Carb loaded rest of the day with 6 margaritas, one shot jack, one shot fireball
Had to take it easy, had to work early Saturday
Carbs 208 Fat 44 Protein 100 on 2,390 calories


Bad diet day, but it was fun.
 
no workout but did some old fashioned swimming
Crushed the food today
breakfast 2 sausage egg and cheese toronados and a rockin refuel ( rtd protein shake 30 g protein, 12 g carbs and 4.5 g fat )
snack was another refuel
lunch was an awesome 3 egg omelet with potatoes, sausage, cheese and smothered in sausage gravy with an english muffin with apple butter
snack was a drumstick cone
dinner was hamburger patty, fourth of a rack of bbq ribs, 2 ham steaks, cup of veggie baked beans and a cup of shells and cheese

Totals are 3734 calories 324 carbs, 181 fat, 212 protein

Yesterday was Kid Rock and Foreigner concert in the evening
rockin refuel pre workout
Went to the gym and did back and shoulders ( did a good hour workout with various machines and did some free weights )
started with pulldowns, did seated rows wide and inside 10 sets total, including seated back flies on butterfly machine 6 sets and seated back extensions
switched to shoulders in and out raises, cable butterflies standing, shoulder raises from shoulders to above head dumbbells together reciprocating and regular, seated shoulder presses and then cool down with low weights high reps x 3 on all back and shoulder machines

Food was rockin refuel post workout
Rockin refuel before i went to a family picnic
italian sausage at picnic
five guys prime rib cheeseburger after the concert at the casino next door with a few fries had a total of 6 vodka and lemon berry Hawaiian punches ( homemade )
Rockin refuel on the hour drive home

Calories are 2,164 145 carbs, fat 69, protein 156
 
Today was a rest day, took the kids to the fair and watched Haley Georgia, Josh Dorr and Chase Bryant ( country music ). Get ready to leave and realized i had lost my keys. Walked out to the car and it was locked and no keys. Walked back in the fairgrounds ( it was 11 p.m and they were closed ) and caught a friendly young lady who took me to the front office where someone had turned them in. Wheeeeew

Slept until 2 p.m ( lost needed sleep in ) so calories were not great today. Had 3 eggs with some gravy, and ate some fair food ( really good steak burrito and a philly steak and cheese ). Son got a pic with Haley after she left the stage. Heading to Tennessee for a vacation in the mountains, but hotel has a fitness center in it so will do as much as i can workout wise. Will only be gone 5 days so no big setback really. Peace all
 
Checking in from vacation. First hotel ( got stuck in wrong hotel ) had three treadmills, no weights. Got in the correct motel last evening and they have a small multi station, but some dude was in there holding the cables with 30 lbs, standing on a flat bench, doing lunges, grunting like a deer in heat, so I did a stationary bike for ten minutes, treadmill for ten and couldn't take it any more and left. He was wearing a skin tight under armour shirt and had not one bit of definition in his arms but I am sure he was jacked everywhere else lol. Gonna get a workout in later this evening and have been walking a lot at least.




 
Did end up working out tonight at ten p.m with my kids lol. Me and the fifteen year old hit it for about 45 minutes and I stuck the twelve yr old on the tread mill.

Did cable butterflies 20 lbs x 15 ( all sets of flies were supersetted with ten pushups
30x12; 40x8, 20x8 no rest
Four sets of Two handed shoulder raises x 50 lbs with pulldown rope on floor supersetted with 9 pushups on medicine ball
One handed side raises 12 x 10 lbs x two sets superset with extended leg crunches
Two sets of one handed cable curls twenty lbs
One set of deadlift shoulder shrugs 140 lbs
Tricep pushdown with rope superset with diamond pushups 15x 30 lbs, 12x40, 8x50,8x30 no rest
That is all. My fifteen yr old said my workout was almost as hard as his football and baseball workouts at school lol
Didn't track food I mean hey, I am on vacation. Later
 
Well, that was an interesting ending to our little vacation. Come out of hotel to find our 2015 Kia with a flat, caught a nail somewhere, so I use the air pump it comes equipped with, get us on the road, drive to two different tire shops, to no avail, gotta love low profile tires with a nail in sidewall.
So after 45 minutes of driving, we are sitting at a light in Pigeon Forge and wham, get rearended. Wow, what an encore lol. Thank goodness Wal-Mart had one of my tires ( only one ) in stock for $125.
Made it home in one piece though, thank you Lord. Will be back at it full force tomorrow
 
Monday was back to the grindstone. pre workout was 1 cup OJ
Ab ripper X first thing in the morning
post workout shake was a banana, strawberry yoplait yogurt and 2 cups 1% milk
Had 1 peanut butter and chocolate reeses cup donut
Midday was bulk chest from body beast
post workout was 6 ounce turkey on white with mustard and a cup of OJ
Late afternoon played 9 holes golf, had 1 bloody mary and 2 bud lites
after was 10 small squares of delux pizza
 
Intake today was 301 carbs, 128 fat, 195 protein
no morning workout, breakfast was 1.5 cups choc mini wheats with 2 cups 1% milk
snack was 1 saus, chez and egg muffin with a rtd protein shake
midday workout was p90x back and biceps ( lots of pullups, i use total gym ) and a lot of curls both hammer and regular ( total workout time 45 minutes no breaks except 60 seconds )
post workout was same as snack
10 hour work day, dinner was corn on the cob, salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and lett with fat free italian, veg baked beans, spiral mac and chez,and 3 bratwursts with buns

Little less energized today, but getting back into routine after my vacation. Really pushed it with the workout, but never curled with more than 20 lb dumbbells and rows with 35's, but got super swole and felt real good.

Will see you guys tomorrow with a two a day.

Sore as fuck from yesterday's back and biceps workout

Morning ab ripper x, post workout was 4 tsp pea butter, 1 yoplait, 1 banana, 2 cups 1% milk
midday workout bulk shoulders body beast, pre workout was 6 oz turkey on a blueberry bagel
post workout was same as morning post workout
dinner was pork loin sandwich, few potatoes, few butter noodles and couple handfuls of trail mix

Calories are 3,098 carbs=306,fat=137, protein 188

Am noticing that i am staying fuller after workout, like i keep the pump for the rest of the day, kinda weird.

Morning workout was t 25 ab intervals ( cardio/abs ) 25 minutes
Snack was speedway saus, egg, chez muffin and a rockin refuel
Lunch was same as snack/ no workout, didn't even get lunch break, crazy day at work
Evening went to racino with wifey and had 3 bud lite
Dinner went home to fire up grill for some salmon, damn thing out of gas, called wife who was picking son up from soccer and told her to pick up kfc chix strips meal
Dinner 4 chix strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and chez and a biscuit with honey

Not sore at all, quick recovery. Couldn't hardly move Thursday, but woke up this morning and not a bit of soreness

incline press dumbbells 15x30, 12x35, 8x40 no rest, then 8x40,12x35,15x30 no rest
inside push press supersetted with flat butterflies ( all one move ) 15x20, 12x25, 8x30
15 decline pushups then mason twist for 30 seconds then 12 declines mason twists for 30 seconds then 8 decline pushups all with no rest in between
Wore this old man out.
Post workout was same as snack
dinner had couple handfuls of trail mix and 1 small slice of pizza

Wife won tickets to go see Toto and Yes in concert, split a loco on the way, had 2 blue raspberry vodka and lemonades at concert, found a $45 yes concert t-shirt. Went after concert to hang out with her sister and ended up having 1 cherry bomb, 2 grape bombs and 3 bud lights. Hello, my name is bradray and i am an occasional alcoholic.

Had to work 7 hrs today and i am not working out today. Will be back tomorrow. Later

wide grip pushups = 20; close grip regular pullups = 15; diamond pushups = 20; heavy pants 35's x 12 then 1 minute break
decline pushups = 20, lawn mowers 35 x 12 each arm, under the fence pushups = 8; seated back flies 15 x 15 then 1 minute break

Wide grip pullups = 12; pushups = 20; chin ups = 12; military pushups = 20; then 1 minute break
close grip reg pullups = 12; wide grip pushups = 20; heavy pants 35's x 12; diamond pushups = 15 then 1 minute break
lawnmowers 35's x 12 each arm; decline pushup = 20; seated back flies 15 x 15; skipped under fence and that was it.
 
Wednesday played golf 18 holes and had a few beers went to casino and just took a break.

Didn't track food, but it wasn't much. Will check in again this evening
 
Friday i did 2 sessions of abs morning ab ripper x and afternoon was t 25 ab intervals which is cardio and abs mixed together for 25 minutes

15 decline pushups with seated ab twists

I am noticing that i stayed pumped for around an hour after working out. I am totally natty and this dhea is the only thing i am taking along with 400 mg transdermal test cream twice daily for trt

This run is almost done and i will give my honest review and ending pic. ( think i have 5 days left or so )
