[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]After almost a week of taking R-Andro, I've noticed better pumps in the gym, increased vascularity and a definite increase in libido. Those are the main effects I've noticed. Some other effects I've noticed but less pronounced is, slight increase in aggression, elevated appetite and I'm starting to see more muscle hardness.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]My routine is a 6 day push/pull/legs spilt. Focusing on hypertrophy and strength. For the strength portion I'm using .55 to .65 of my 1 rep max for bench press, deadlifts and squats. Next week I will increase to .60 to .70, and the following weeks I will keep increasing till I build up or past my 1 rep max.[/COLOR]
