I have been a past bodybuilder and powerlifter. I hung up my suits about 10 years ago to stand back and help some others. I have decided to crack down and see what kind of shape I can get into again at age 51. My diet has been extremely clean for 6 weeks now, My training is going great, I feel strong and emnergized. Not getting as much aerobics as I would like, but still getting as least 4 days of and doing it hard. My only supplements that I am taking is Creatine and Captriglycerides oil. I have lost about 7.5% bodyfat so far, also lost 1 lb lean muschle a couple weeks ago. My scale is going down slowing but seems as if I feel kinda squisshy. My muscled dont have that firmness to them they once had. I am considering Halo for her to try to get my bodyfat levels decreased. Npy sure if there is anything else I should take with the halo for her. On the website it discusses something but just want to do this write. Thanks for hopefully a great product for me to try.
