    Test Boosters and Fatigue???

Hey all, I'm currently taking one Ultra Male Rx once a day and two Anabolic Matrix Rx twice per day and am going on five weeks now. I've noticed lately (last week or so...) that I'm extremely fatigued throughout the day. I get plenty of sleep and wake up feeling very tired and lethargic all day. Is this a potential issue from the test booster? I can't think of any other changes in my diet, workout or daily schedule but now I'm constantly tired and feel like I could go to sleep at any time during the day. Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks.

You can try getting a little more fats in the diet, or maybe eat three eggs a day, with the yolk, while on test boosters. I read just the other day that you want to have a higher fat diet/more cholesterol while on test boosters (heavyiron told me the same thing a day or two prior) since cholesterol converts to testosterone... was reading up on a test booster I was gonna take and came across the same tidbit, so you can try carefully adjusting your diet a bit to see if that helps, but I wouldn't add more fat than you're willing to process, plus I'm not totally sure that's your issue... and I don't know a whole lot more in this area, so maybe you should wait for one of these other peeps to chime in here with a little more know-how

Was not aware of the possible need for higher fat intake. Thanks for reply.

Try three eggs a day with yolk, see if that doesn't fix your issue

Thanks for advice. I'm new to test boosters, but I've tried to research as much as possible.
