    Went in for a quick workout:

    5 rounds of
    15 15lb single arm kettlebell swing to press
    15 20lb ball slam burpees
    15 20lb kettlebell swing

    Quick workout tonight as I came in really late (my tummy was acting up)

    3x15 30lb pec deck
    3x15 10lb inclined db bench press
    3x15 10lb inclined db flys
    3x15 10lb overhead triceps db extensions

    Also figured I might need to take prebiotics so I guess I'm gonna go with this one -
