Engage in moderate activities such as brisk walking, jogging or playing a sport for at least 30 minutes for 3-4 times per week.I think it will also help in gaining weight.
Discipline within our self would also be implemented, i think because eating and taking a regular exercise is not that easy to practice.I'll also take as advice all the post here.

I just read it from one of a great article and I actually tried it, eating every 3 hours could help in gaining weight. It could supply a steady flow of nutrients to our muscles.
