Discipline within our self would also be implemented, i think because eating and taking a regular exercise is not that easy to practice.I'll also take as advice all the post here. ;)
 
You need to tone up the extra weight you are adding to your bodies so that you don't end up obese. ;)
 
The key to gain weight is to eat the right and enough foods as well as working out in a certain time.

As i observe in my body, walking in just a period of time can help a lot to me in performing any of my workouts. Now that i knew some other things here, i'll also apply it. Thanks!!
 
I just read it from one of a great article and I actually tried it, eating every 3 hours could help in gaining weight. It could supply a steady flow of nutrients to our muscles.
